He began his higher education at Texas Tech University before transferring to the University of Oklahoma to study Chemistry. He then completed his dental education at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.
While in school, Dr. Wright’s academic presentations and accomplishments earned him recognition at both the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Dental Research. He was also inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon society, which recognizes both academic success and professional conduct.
After completing his doctoral training, Dr. Wright went on to receive his residency training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. He joined the doctors at AMOS in 2014, and has since continued his passion for lifelong learning through continuing education courses in the fields of surgical implant dentistry, anesthesia, dentoalveolar surgery.
Dr. Wright is board certified with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons, and has hospital appointments at Castle Rock Adventist, Childrens, Memorial, Penrose, and St. Francis Hospitals. He maintains his certifications in Pediatric and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Dr. Wright, his wife Chelsey, and his two children Lucas and Emily love the outdoors and enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, and skiing. When not in the mountains they can be found cheering on their kids sports teams in lacrosse and volleyball. Dr. Wright is also very active in his church and loves to give back both locally and internationally.

During his time in dental school, Dr. Lomas got to participate in various outreach programs where he provided dental care to those in need, like rural communities in the Dominican Republic and the Rosebud Native American Reservation in South Dakota. He has always been passionate about helping others, a quality that was instilled in him during his time at Regis Jesuit High School.
After dental school, Dr. Lomas did a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Long Beach, California. He then moved to Memphis, Tennessee where he completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He was fortunate enough to provide OMS services at major hospital systems in Memphis, including the Regional One Trauma Center, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and more.
Now, Dr. Lomas is back in his home state of Colorado and he couldn't be happier! He's eager to serve the community as an OMS and to spend time with his family, including his wife and sons. When he's not working, he loves to spend time in the great outdoors, reading, hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping with friends and family.
